Discipleship Groups
Our mens, womens, or couples discipleship groups are typically groups of 5 people, who commit to meet weekly for 10 weeks during the fall or spring for the purpose of growing in the light of Jesus together.

Lighthouse Youth is a place to have fun, build friendships, and grow in following Jesus together. Invite your friends and come hang out with us! Every other Sunday 11:30am-1:00pm at our ministry house (3895 Holland Ave).

Lighthouse’s College and Careers is a group which seeks to provide community and connection while living on mission in Victoria. From Sunday night worship times to monthly events our goal is to see how faith in Christ intersects with life in Victoria. Come and join us!

Women meet Saturdays at 11:00am for fairly easy 45 minute walks. We are a relaxed friendly group, who enjoy fresh air and exercise with other women. This provides an opportunity for us to invite friends or neighbours to join us to support each other, pray for one another and grow in the grace of Jesus together.

Over the years we have gotten out and enjoyed so much of God's creation on South Vancouver Island! This group is currently looking to rebuild and develop more regular hikes. Let us know if you want to be involved!

Life is unpredictable, but your church doesn't need to be. We at Lighthouse love to meet practical needs for people in crisis, providing some measure of stability in the midst of the chaos, and do it in the name of Jesus.

At Lighthouse we love newcomers of all kinds! This group seeks to serve those who have more recently made Victoria their home and involves teaching ESL and providing support for families navigating life in Canada for the first time.

L'Abri, founded in Switzerland in 1955 by Francis and Edith Schaeffer, is a place where people, whether Christian or not, might find satisfying answers to their questions and a practical demonstration of Christian care. Friday night lectures are a fantastic way to start getting involved with this mission group!

Every other year a team from Lighthouse travels to Uganda to love, serve, support, encourage, and be encouraged by our brothers and sisters in Christ there.

Victoria Lighthouse Ministries is a place of friendship, peace and free wifi for those in the cruise ship industry. They have a huge tent on the dock with all sorts of free amenities to reach out to the workers and make relationships, since many of the ships return weekly to our docks. This is an incredible opportunity to be a missionary without leaving our home, as the people are coming here to us.
