Lighthouse Church Worship Team – Role Description

Role Purpose

The Lighthouse Worship Team serves the church by leading Christ-centred worship during Sunday services. The team’s vision is:

“We lead worship that puts Jesus on centre stage in songs of exaltation, salvation, and then consecration.”

    • All prospective team members are required to complete a worship audition prior to joining the team. The audition helps assess musical readiness, team fit, and appropriate placement within the worship team.

  • All lead vocalists need to be active members of a church.
